These terms apply to your use of this website and to any enquiry you submit through it. This website is operated by DREWS Financial Advisory, 2639 Erie Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208, trading as Painters Pipeline ("we", "us"). By using this site or submitting the enquiry form, you accept these terms.
Separate written terms will govern any lead supply arrangement we actually enter into with you. Where those terms and these ones differ, the written supply terms apply.
We generate painting enquiries from homeowners and property managers and supply them to painting contractors on a pay-per-lead basis. We are a lead generation business. We do not carry out painting work, we do not employ or supervise painters, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a customer we introduce.
Submitting the enquiry form on this site does not create a contract, reserve any lead volume, or oblige either of us to proceed. It is a request for us to contact you about availability in your area. We may decline any enquiry.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you are authorised to act for the business you name, and that you are at least 18 years old.
Lead prices shown on this site are the standard tiers available at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing when your supply arrangement starts. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Before any leads are delivered, we agree with you in writing what counts as a qualified lead. That ordinarily covers the project types you accept, your service area and your minimum job size. A lead that meets the agreed criteria is billable whether or not you win the job.
A lead that does not meet the agreed criteria is not billable. Our replacement and credit process, including how long you have to raise a lead and what evidence is needed, is set out in the written supply terms.
We supply enquiries. We do not guarantee that any enquiry will answer the phone, accept a quote, award you work, or pay you. We make no promise about conversion rates, job values, revenue or profit, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Any figures or examples shown are illustrations of how the pricing arithmetic works, not forecasts or representations of results.
Unless we have agreed exclusivity with you in writing, a lead may be supplied to more than one contractor.
You may not submit false information, use this site to send unsolicited marketing, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with its operation.
The Painters Pipeline name, logo, page content and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from leads we supply. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for leads in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
This site may link to pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us and forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version was published, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, and the courts of Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
