1. Who we are

Painters Pipeline is a business-to-business lead generation brand operated by DREWS Financial Advisory, 2639 Erie Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45208. We generate and supply qualified painting enquiries to painting contractors. We are not a painting contractor, and we do not carry out painting work ourselves.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about it go to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this site, we collect the answers you give us:

• The type of painting work you take on (residential repaints and interiors, exteriors and full house repaints, commercial and strata)
• The areas, cities or radius you want leads from
• Your minimum job size
• The lead volume your crew can work each month
• How soon you want to start taking leads
• Your name, painting company name, email address, phone number and, optionally, the CRM you use

We also receive basic technical information that your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the date and time of your visit. If you reach this page from an advertisement, our advertising platform may tell us which campaign you came from.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about lead supply
• To assess whether your service area, job sizes and volumes are a fit for what we generate
• To agree the lead criteria, volume tier and pricing that apply to your business
• To deliver leads to you and administer our business relationship
• To keep records, meet our legal and tax obligations, and prevent misuse of the service

We do not sell your business contact information to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this business — our CRM and marketing platform, our form and webhook providers, our email and messaging providers, our advertising platforms, and our hosting provider — and only to the extent they need it to provide those services to us. Some of these providers process information outside your country.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Text messages and calls

By submitting the enquiry form and providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and SMS text message about your enquiry and about lead supply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Mobile information collected for the purpose of SMS consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes the service providers described in Section 4 who help us deliver the messages.

6. Email marketing

If you give us your email address, we may send you information about lead availability, volumes and pricing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages about an enquiry or account you already have with us.

7. Cookies and external resources

This page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and discloses connection information such as your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy. Our website and advertising platforms may also set cookies or similar technologies to measure advertising performance and to remember your session.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you about lead supply, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the enquiry form.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to withdraw a consent you have given. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

11. Children

This is a business service intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service and the providers we use change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version was published.
